As a first-time buyer, Alex guided me through the process effectively and was able to negotiate a fair price on the home I eventually purchased. Even though the selling agent was mostly unresponsive, Alex made sure the final closing occurred in the timeframe necessary with the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic providing additional hurdles.
